These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in cruises operated by The Boho Experience ("we", "us", "our"), operating from Paranga Beach, Mykonos, Greece. By booking and by ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you ("the customer") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. The company

2. Bookings & payment
- Bookings are made through this website and are confirmed only once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
- Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. The price of a private charter depends on the season and group size; the total shown at checkout is the amount payable.
- Payments are processed securely by Viva.com; we do not store your card details.
- All guests must provide accurate passenger details (full name, ID/passport number, date of birth and nationality) as required by the Greek port authorities. Bookings with incomplete or false details may be refused without refund.
3. What's included
Each experience lists what is included (menu, drinks, equipment, departure beach and duration). Optional add-ons ("resources") are charged in addition.
4. Capacity & suitability
- Maximum guest numbers per cruise are stated on each experience (e.g. up to 22 guests; Yoga up to 6; Family Pack minimum 4).
- Cruises may not be suitable for pregnant women, people with certain medical conditions, or those with reduced mobility — please contact us before booking if in doubt. Children must be supervised at all times.
5. Safety & conduct
- The captain has full authority over the vessel and may alter the route, shorten or cancel a cruise for safety, weather or the conduct of guests.
- Guests must follow crew instructions at all times. We operate a zero-tolerance policy for behaviour that endangers safety or others' enjoyment; guests may be disembarked without refund.
- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
6. Weather & operator changes
The sea and weather can change. If we cancel a confirmed cruise for weather, safety or operational reasons, you may choose a full refund or a reschedule to another available date. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Liability
- We hold the licences and insurance required to operate in Greek waters.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged on board, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- You participate in swimming, water sports and equipment (e.g. SeaBob, floating platform) at your own risk and must follow crew guidance.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather, port closures, strikes, acts of authority, etc.).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction.
